Terms & Conditions – SEO Starter Plan

These Terms and Conditions govern your subscription to the SEO Starter Plan by Momentum by OTN (“Service”). Purchase of this plan constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Scope
The SEO Starter Plan provides light-touch, monthly SEO support for small businesses with foundational SEO in place. Deliverables include keyword suggestions, basic content and metadata recommendations, light technical diagnostics, and monthly performance reporting. This is a guidance-based plan and does not include implementation services.

2. Eligibility
This subscription is only available to active Momentum by OTN website clients. Subscription status must be current to maintain access to SEO services.

3. Subscription & Billing
The plan activates upon purchase and renews monthly until canceled. You authorize Momentum by OTN to process recurring charges to your selected payment method. No contracts. You may cancel or pause at any time before your next billing date. No refunds for partial billing periods.

4. Turnaround Time & Delivery
Monthly reports and deliverables will be provided within 7 business days of each renewal. Services are delivered digitally via email or client portal access.

5. Client Responsibility
Implementation of recommendations is the client’s responsibility. Momentum by OTN cannot guarantee outcomes if advised changes are not made. Access to website backend, Google Search Console, or Analytics may be requested for analysis purposes.

6. Limitations
This plan does not include backlink outreach, implementation of changes, or custom content creation. All recommendations are non-binding and based on best-practice guidance.

7. Ownership & Rights
All reports and strategy materials are yours to use. Momentum by OTN retains the right to use anonymized results for portfolio or educational purposes.

8. Force Majeure
Momentum by OTN is not liable for service delays or failures due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, internet outages, and platform disruptions.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Montgomery County, Texas.

10. Amendments
Terms may be updated. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the SEO GrowthEngine subscription by Momentum by OTN (“Service”). Purchase of this plan constitutes agreement to the terms outlined below.

1. Service Scope
The SEO GrowthEngine Plan offers a comprehensive, monthly SEO strategy solution designed to scale organic reach and visibility. Deliverables include advanced keyword mapping, content strategy planning, competitor analysis, technical audits, backlink monitoring, local SEO optimization (if applicable), and monthly strategy sessions. Some tasks may require client implementation or collaboration.

2. Eligibility
This plan is exclusively available to active Momentum by OTN website subscribers. Subscriptions must remain active to access this service.

3. Subscription & Billing
This plan begins immediately upon purchase and recurs monthly. By subscribing, you authorize automatic monthly billing. You may cancel or pause anytime before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for unused time.

4. Turnaround & Delivery
Monthly deliverables begin within 7 business days of each renewal and are delivered via email or your client dashboard. Strategy sessions are scheduled by mutual availability each month.

5. Client Participation
Access to your website backend, analytics tools, and hosting (as needed) may be required for full service delivery. Prompt responses and collaboration will help ensure effective execution. Client is responsible for implementing certain recommendations or contracting separately for implementation.

6. Limitations
This plan does not guarantee specific rankings or traffic results due to the ever-changing nature of search algorithms and market competition. Deliverables are based on up-to-date industry standards and research.

7. Ownership & Rights
You own all keyword research, reports, and strategy documents generated under this plan. Momentum by OTN retains the right to reference general performance outcomes (anonymized) for promotional or educational use.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or disruption due to causes outside of our control, including acts of nature, internet outages, governmental regulations, or third-party service failures.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Venue for any dispute will be Montgomery County, Texas.
