These Terms govern your subscription to the Social Media Package by Momentum by OTN (“Service”). By subscribing, you agree to the following:

1. Service Scope
This package provides monthly social media collateral, including a post bundle and a guide/calendar with suggested timing and engagement tips. Content is tailored to your business and delivered within 7 business days of each renewal. This package does not include active account management, community engagement, or platform monitoring.

2. Eligibility
Only available to active Momentum by OTN members with a current subscription. Inactive members will lose access.

3. Subscription & Billing
This package renews automatically. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel or pause before your next billing cycle. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods. Your price is locked in for 12 months, after which it may increase with notice.

4. Delivery & Turnaround Time
All deliverables are provided digitally via email or client portal. Turnaround is within 7 business days of subscription renewal. Client delays in feedback or information may affect delivery timelines.

5. Client Responsibility
Clients must provide timely approvals and relevant business info. Momentum by OTN is not liable for delays due to client inaction. Clients are responsible for ensuring the content meets platform rules and legal compliance.

6. Limitations
This plan does not include custom video creation, daily engagement, or complex branding strategies. It offers pre-set deliverables based on standard packages and does not guarantee post performance.

7. Ownership & Rights
All content provided is owned by the client and may be reused or modified. Momentum by OTN may use anonymized results for internal education or portfolio purposes.

8. Force Majeure
Momentum by OTN is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, platform outages, or service disruptions.

9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas. Disputes shall be handled in Montgomery County, Texas.

10. Amendments
We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any changes. Clients will be notified of major revisions.
