MOMENTUM PRO: A more advanced one-page website with a higher ownership transfer option. MOMENTUM E-COMM Starter: For launching your own e-commerce store. MOMENTUM Portfolio Plus: Designed for photographers & creatives with dynamic galleries & bookings.

Every plan includes a fixed number of free developer hours each month. You can use these to alter, edit, update or make changes to your website free of charge. Speak to your account manager for an estimate of how many developer hours you will need for a particular job. Additional hours can be purchased from MOMENTUM Market.

How does billing & cancellation work for website subscriptions? Billing is monthly on your sign-up date. If payment is missed, your site may go offline after 10 days, incurring a $29.99 reactivation fee. You can cancel anytime via your account portal; your site remains live until the end of your paid cycle. No refunds on previous payments.

Yes, you can pause your subscription once per calendar year for up to 30 days. Specific conditions apply regarding billing cycles during a pause; refer to your plan's full Terms & Conditions.

Yes! The terms and conditions of your plan outline a buy-out price for each plan. Example: The buy-out price on the MOMENTUM Plus is $999.99, if you choose to cancel your subscription and take full ownership of the website, the fee is $999.99 minus whatever the total subscription payments amount to till the last subscription. If you signed up on 1st January 2025, and paid 49.99 per month for 5 months and then decide to cancel, the boy out price will be: $999.99 - ($49.99 x 5) = $999.99 - $249.95 = $750.04 The above is for illustrative purposes only and does not reflect the actual terms and conditions of the plan. We also do not guarantee that your website will be compatible with any platform or third party apps or services once transferred.

You do not. All MOMENTUM fees are transparent and you only pay your subscription + GST. You can also cancel anytime. Some charges may apply as fees on late payments, backing up your data and other hand-over protocols in case of cancellation if you so choose.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, & physical data security practices, including encryption, secure protocols, firewalls, & access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We also only use only top tier 3rd party vendors and platforms.

All agreements are governed by Queensland state law, Australia.

We would endeavor to resolve any issues with the customer, however if arbitration is required in Brisbane. Class action waiver applies. Brisbane courts handle non-arbitrated disputes.
